NIMEV: Not In My Ectoenglish Vocabulary!
This is not Ectoenglishⓔ people!
Aristotle defined poleis [πόλεις] (Ectogreekⓖ), or fortified citadels, essentially fortificationes (Ectolatinⓛ) or fortifications, which generally serve a military, not any civilian purpose, as "natural societies".
The Romans defined corpora (Ectolatinⓛ), or corporations, which generally serve a selfish or commercial, not any social or societal purpose, as "the children of natural societies".
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defined "a preparation that is used to stimulate the body's immune response against diseases", or basically almost any kind of quackery, and you don't even have to prove that it actually works against a specific disease, as "a product that stimulates a person's immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease", which was the way a vaccine was originally defined.
It should be noted that this change also has legal consequences, since now almost any kind of quackery can be defined a "vaccine", and once it is defined as such, it falls under the exemption of liability where "vaccines" fall — ie, 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22, which actually immunises "vaccine" manufacturers, and not their clueless patients, from civil action for damages caused by any vaccine-related injury or death.
Moreover, as a result of this change, like magic, and not because some large database was examined over time, the Merriam-Webster dictionaries gave "vaccine" a new definition.
This was the standard dictionary entry for "vaccine":
-
any preparation of weakened or killed bacteria or viruses [vira ⓔ] introduced into the body to prevent a disease by stimulating antibodies against it.
-
the virus of cowpox, used in vaccination, obtained from pox vesicles of a cow or person.
-
a software program that helps to protect against computer viruses [vira ⓔ].
The Merriam-Webster entry for "vaccine" was changed in January 2021, and now shows:
-
a preparation that is administered (as by injection) to stimulate the body's immune response against a specific infectious agent or disease.
-
a preparation or immunotherapy that is used to stimulate the body's immune response against non[-]infectious substances, agents, or diseases.
Question: why would someone need to be injected any substance, to stimulate his or her body against non-infectious substances, agents, or diseases?
Even more pertinent question: why would someone need to be injected any substance, to provide protection against non-infectious substances, and the manufacturer can also be exempt from legal liability for such action, and any consequence?
Please understand that this is not Ectoenglish [ⓔ; een] (30.12.2020), because as a whole, ectolinguistics, now an active discipline in ⓔ, ⓘ, ⓕ, ⓩ, ⓗ, ⓛ, ⓖ, ⓞ, ⓚ, ⓓ, ⓙ, ⓟ, ⓡ, ⓢ, and ⓥ, or in 15 ectolanguages, has a different purpose than traditional linguistics.
In ectolinguistics, we have gone from a written language which only wishes to deceive (essentially the overall purpose of linguistics today, to even legally deceive), a language only suitable for political and commercial propaganda; to a written language which only wishes to seek and find truth, and to communicate the same effectively — what ectolinguistics and Ectoenglishⓔ are all about.
Linguistics can only produce lies, and consequent fraud.
Ectolinguistics is only interested in truth, and accountability for one's action, whether the one initiating the action is a single human being, or an ultratyrannical country like the United States.
In linguistics, the United States, or any US government agency, or large US body of commercial entities can produce, by themselves alone, a change in the country's dictionary.
In ectolinguistics, the United States, or any US corporation of the same, has the real authority and trust that is normally afforded to a juvenile delinquent.
It should be noted, even according to the Merriam-Webster, a juvenile delinquent is a juvenile characteri[s]ed by antisocial behavio[u]r that is beyond parental control [ie, the control and guardianship of normal ethical adults, who are normally responsible for their actions], and therefore subject to legal action.
So in ectolinguistics, but not at all in linguistics, even UN member countries that are also permanent members of the UN Security Council, are subject to legal action.
